Chief Executive Officer
Mark Moody serves as Chief Executive Officer of all of Preferred Management Services divisions. Mr. Moody brings over 20 years of experience in property management in various types of real estate.
Most recently Mr. Moody served as the Asset Manager for a $35M resort complex in Conroe, Texas for 8 years. The property had over 370 rental units, 60,000 square feet of meeting space, three restaurants, an 18-hole golf course, full service marina and health spa. In this role, he also served as the Chairman of the Board for the property owners association with single family homes and the resort condominiums.
In addition to his hospitality industry experience, Mr. Moody has acted as sales agent and principal in numerous residential, commercial, and raw land transactions. He currently owns a portfolio of residential rental properties in the Houston and surrounding areas.
Mr. Moody has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston-Victoria and, is a member of, and accredited through, the Community Association Institute (CAI) holding the highest credential of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.
Patti Tine, CMCA, AMS, PCAM | Co-Founder - President and General Manager
Patti Tine serves as President of Preferred Management Services and oversees all aspects of the daily management of Preferred Management Services. With over 16 years of property management experience she has directly managed and supervised a variety of property including condo associations, town home communities, master planned communities, commercial property and single family communities in the Houston and Austin areas.
During Ms. Tine’s 16 years in the property management industry she has acquired substantial experience and working knowledge of Association law and Texas Property Code. In addition, she has worked closely with land developers during the initial phases of new community development and has been a trusted advisor to Board members and property owners. She is proficient in architectural review for standard and new construction applications, and has volunteered on committees with Community Association Institute (CAI) and has been a Board member for her own community.
Ms. Tine is a member of, and accredited through, the Community Association Institute (CAI) holding the highest credential of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.
