Mark Moody serves as Chief Executive Officer of all of Preferred Management Services, AAMC® divisions. Mr. Moody brings over 20 years of experience in property management in various types of real estate.
Prior to starting Preferred Management Services, AAMC® Mr. Moody served as the Asset Manager for a $35M resort complex in Conroe, Texas for 8 years. The property had over 370 rental units, 60,000 square feet of conference space, three restaurants, an 18-hole golf course, full service marina and health spa. In this role, he also served as the Chairman of the Board for the property owners association with single family homes and the resort condominiums.
In addition to his hospitality industry experience, Mr. Moody has acted as sales agent and principal in numerous residential, commercial, and raw land transactions. He currently owns a portfolio of residential rental properties in the Houston and surrounding areas.
Mr. Moody has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston-Victoria and, is a member of, and accredited through, the Community Association Institute (CAI) holding the highest credential of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation.
Patti Tine Moody, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM® | Co-Founder - President and General Manager
Patti Tine Moody serves as President of Preferred Management Services,® AAMC and oversees all aspects of management of Preferred Management Services,® AAMC. With over 20 years of Association management experience she has directly managed and supervised a variety of properties including condo associations, town home communities, master planned communities, commercial property and single family communities in the Houston, Galveston and Austin areas.
During Mrs. Tine Moody's more than 20 years in the property management industry she has acquired substantial experience and working knowledge of Association governance and Texas Property Code. In addition, she has worked closely with land developers during the initial phases of new community development and, has been a trusted advisor to Board members and property owners. She is proficient in architectural review for standard and new construction applications and has been a Board member for her own community.
Mrs. Tine Moody is a member of, and accredited through, the Community Association's Institute (CAI) holding the highest designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®). Mrs. Tine Moody is also the Chair of the very popular and successful CAI Business Partner Exchange.
